Three members of the Craig FFA flew to Oklahoma City to praticipate in the National Land Contest during May 2008. These member had earned the right to represent Wisconsin by placing in the top 5 at the State FFA Contest.
The National Contest was held on reservation during a pouring down rain. The Craig studnets placed 40th overall and was the highest placing team from Wisconsin. Logan Frei ( pictured below) was the highest placing person from Wisconsin finishing 37th overall.
Logan works through the rain and mud to determine a Class 7. His advisor said "hogwash" but Logan was right - AGAIN!!

Only two small tornados broke out while we were at the contest. Notice the large red area.....well that was right where we were at! The tornado decided to stay away and everyone got home safe and sound.
